The Angelopoulos Brothers: Herod Atticus’ Changed Property

The possessions of the brothers Panagiotis and Georgos Angelopoulos changed hands in the apartment building of Herod Atiko.

The process has been expedited by their uncle, Theodoros Angelopoulos, who is asking for €9.7m. The lawyer of Mr. Theodoros Angelopoulos is Michaelis Dimitracopoulos.

After a request for opposition filed by Panagiotis and Giorgos Angelopoulos, the property’s first offer price nearly doubled.

Specifically, regarding the characteristics of Panagiotis Angelopoulos:

1. 6th floor undivided horizontal property apartment, 484 sqm, with 5 sqm warehouse. In the apartment building at Herodou Attikou 15.
2. ¼ horizontal apartment on the ground floor of 143.80 square meters. In the residential building at 15 Herodou Attikou, consisting of three main rooms, an entrance hall, a hall, a guest toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen, an office, a service room and a storeroom in the basement (the first offer price was €500,000 and was awarded for €500,010).
3. ¼ of the parking area is 28.25 sqm. In the same residential building (starting price 60.000€ and approval price 60.0010€).

Regarding the characteristics of Giorgos Angelopoulos:

1- 6th floor undivided horizontal property apartment, 484 sqm, with 5 sqm warehouse. In the apartment building at Herodou Attikou 15 (starting price 3.3 million euros and an additional 10 euros awarded).

2- Horizontal apartment on the ground floor, of 143.8 sqm, in a residential building, in Athens, in Herodos Attico at No. 15 with a starting price of €500,000 while it was transferred to new ownership with the purchase price reaching €500,010.

3- Undivided ¼ of a horizontal parking area, 28m by 25m2, in the basement of Herod Atiko’s apartment building in Athens at No. 15 at the first bid price of €60,000 – by awarding him ten euros more than the first bid price.
