There does not seem to be an end to the dispute between George Mazonakis and Vasos Mazonakis, as, as he announced, he sent an extrajudicial order to his private company for financial reasons.

The brothers are “against” each other for property and financial reasons, and their relations have been severely strained recently. Giorgos Mazonakis has taken legal action against his sister Vassos, while announcing today (17.06.2024), through a letter to the media, that he has sent an extrajudicial letter to his private company in order to secure his property.

In this message, the well-known singer Spike leaves for his sister, in reference to exploiting the trust and love he showed her.

“In order to effectively resolve the dispute that arose with the company that manages my art business, today I had to file an extrajudicial summons setting a deadline for the surrender of all financial statements of my company by the failed management.

If this period expires, I intend to file an accountability lawsuit before the competent courts so that the management of the company’s affairs can be monitored.
