1) The greatest danger of griagos

Interest in polls has shifted in recent months from the difference between first-party and second-party, to the difference between second-party and third-party, and finally to the percentage of people who approve of gay marriage and procreation-sex couples.

Recent public opinion polls have registered an undisputed lead for the New Democracy, but approximately 3-4 points less than the result of the last elections.

They record SYRIZA's balance with PASOK at around 12-14%, strengthening KKE and El. The settlement and the impossibility of defectors from SYRIZA cannot ensure parliamentary entry.

Beyond L. On the extreme right, changes are seen as political figures are classified as contemporaries, but audiences remain stable with expanding trends.

Which party will take second place between PASOK and SYRIZA is a question of political developments that will allow it to shrink and absorb the other.

Neither of the two is currently showing the requisite agility that would allow him to dominate and lead the centre-left. In addition, PASOK and SYRIZA did not add up to more than 25%, leaving no room for further mobilization around the centrist forces where the prospect of power would emerge.

In this light, the centre-left is currently split into New Democracy, PASOK and SYRIZA.

The new democracy can unite the scattered 10-15% to the point where no political figure of basic seriousness and competence appears on its right, and if we add another 10%, there is a fishing facility in the center—leaving aside thorny issues like gay marriage and reproduction.

As for the last issue, which has emerged as a hotbed of controversy in recent days, polls show that the public is split on same-sex marriage, while 2/3 are against procreation.

The passage insists that the emergence of a person who mobilizes the remnants of ND should be considered highly probable. The right would lead the latter to move further towards the center-left and within it hegemony.

In the future bipolar system, it seems that the left pole (in the traditional sense) will once have the trunk of the right pole.

Keeping the proportions in mind, Germans find themselves in a similar dilemma, where the center-right CDU leads the polls at 30% and the AfD follows closely behind with 22-23%.

If the AfD were to advance to first place through the election, the Atlanticist Christian Democrats would lose further votes to the right, but gain votes from the center-left to act as a pro-Western and democratic bastion.

On the question of adoption, New Democracy seems to be taking the biggest risk it has ever taken in losing the majority of conservative right-wing voters.

This issue, along with immigration, touches a significant part of society causing unpredictable behavior.

2) Tax free life of parents

Good morning, I am emailing you for the first time (although I often read your texts) based on the text about the upcoming mother of all crises. I have read many articles on Capital.gr, many of which deal with secondary issues, philosophical or specialized about situations.

However, this particular text deals with the most important problem facing the country in at least the next twenty years! This is a significant reduction of the population, mainly the active population and an attempt to replace the “modern helots” from Asian countries. This despite the country proving inadequate in managing such a population!

Obviously, it all starts with the political staff who run the country and not just in terms of the government itself, but the “middle managers” of public administration and above all the arterial processes that exist and the motivations that everyone has. We all know that in any public administration, one's way to progress is to be a very “true servant” of the respective politicians overseeing the particular department or service.

I have written to you many times, the first time, but I see that it is written in the middle of the reach of Capital.gr. Raising children costs money! Not just in money really (diapers, strollers, doctors, food, toys, activities, training, clothes, education, support, gifts, medicine, clothes) but most of all in (lots of) time, effort, energy (something that makes you feel dry at night), In nerves, in mental health… Today, in an age dominated by lifestyle and advertising on social media, “we look good” or another form of “live well”, being a parent simply does not pay! There is no way to pay enough for this effort! But what to do? But of course, to find a formula worthy of becoming a parent, it's even more worthy of more children! Bars/Clubs/Theatres/Browns/Cafes/Restaurants/Activities/Entertainment/Fishing/Beauty Salons/Spas etc 7/7 and more times…day.

However, I am against the bonus policy! It always creates more problems than it solves! We see the picture of “single parent families” in Germany, we see it with unemployment benefits, we see it everywhere! So what's left? Implement policies that make life tax free for new parents! Let the government refund you a percentage of the taxes you pay, with a ceiling of €50,000 per year! For example 20% with 1 child, 40% with two children, 70% with three children, 100% with four and above. But which taxes? Yes, I mean direct taxation (income tax – solidarity levy), but also indirect taxation (ENFIA, consumption taxes on fuel, energy, alcohol, even 50% for cigarettes! Business activity taxation, at least 50%, or again 50% rent). Even with everyone's labor contribution, 4 children and more must be returned part or all! The contribution of taxation to the cost of living is significant and new parents have many burdens beyond taxation. At least let them have tax free or low taxed petrol, housing, essentially low VAT or no VAT supermarkets, and let a Greek citizen who has contributed to the future of his country have the opportunity to work or operate his business. Very favorable taxation!

Of course the government will lose revenue! And even significant losses, but if all this does not happen, the loss will be much higher in years! Of course, we all understand that we have to find a way to replace them. However, the government does not pay ready funds for all of the above, but actually returns the already taxed money to the citizens to help maintain the population! And even to their real owners. People who worked for them, then paid them gas, alcohol or income tax. Reversing the low birth rate curve will require immediate and very drastic measures. This is the only sure thing because there is no other way!

3) Impossible to find administrators

Good morning mr. Stupa,

Reading the note in yesterday's article about international research on talent shortages, the answer to why Greek employers are not finding suitable employees according to published polls may lie in the companies' profile (meaning of activity, degree of innovation – added value).

If the 'skills'/'special executives' they are looking for are graduates, low level jobs/jobs with correspondingly 'higher' salaries of €1000-1500 (net of taxes and deductions) are nothing more than graduates. Then it is normal for qualified candidates not to come. They prefer to settle rather than start/continue in a job market with no opportunities. This is also 'helped' by the antiquated and outdated perception that many employers have about the practices of managing a business and managing its human resources.

Unfortunately, even manual labor (e.g. agriculture) migrants have (for several years now) started to leave Greece for other European countries where the wages are much better. And this applies to tradable goods as well. The reason may lie in the low competitiveness and productivity of our economy, but employers may not turn their minds to provide incentives to employees and reverse this negative growth.

Another alternative is employment in positions with lower demands (relaxed rhythms, lack of pressure – stress) for those with some income (e.g. through real estate). In this way, they have the opportunity to experience the positives of life in Greece, without suffering in pressured positions without being paid accordingly.
