One of the lifeguards who appeared in the fourth film of the hugely successful “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie died after being attacked by a shark off the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
Honolulu Emergency Services said Tamayo Perry, 49, who starred in the movie “Charlie’s Angels,” was attacked near Goat Island on Sunday afternoon.
The incident was reported by a caller who said he saw a man suffering from what appeared to be shark bites.

Emergency services arrived at the scene at Malaekahana Beach just before 1pm local time.
Shane Enright, of the Honolulu Department of Emergency Services, said rescuers took the lifeguard and surfing instructor to the beach on a motorcycle, and paramedics pronounced him dead.
