The auction is scheduled to take place, as long as there is no previous move to prevent it, on December 13, 2023, with a private auction and the starting price is set at 395,000 euros.
The amount for which the confiscation was made amounts to 50,000 euros. As noted, “This forms part of the amount required with express reservation of the means to collect the balance by other mortgage or advertisement in the same or another auction and at the same time provide that the limitation on this amount is made only and only to reduce expenses.”

The property is located in the Glyfada area, specifically on Agios Gerasimos Street. It is an apartment on the first floor consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen (single space), entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, balcony on the exposed side of the plot and an uncovered balcony. plot area. It is noteworthy that Apostolos Venturis is the son of Konstantinos Venturis, who passed away in 2010. Konstantinos Venturis was born in Kimolos in 1927. In 1957 he turned to shipbuilding by purchasing the small cargo ship “Kimolos”. He began managing small truck ships and soon created a small fleet of ships of this type. And in the early 1980s, Constantinos Venturis decided to expand into coastal shipping as well. During this period, the second generation of the family, the sons of George, Antonius, Evangelos and Apostolos in 1987, and while his sons were engaged in coastal shipping, he returned to the management of cargo ships.
Members of the Ventouris family were previously involved in litigation over property issues, while Apostolos Ventouris was involved in an auction dispute with his brother Charalambos. In July 2021, in an auction that Charalambos Ventouris was in a hurry, two of Apostolos Ventouris’ properties in Kimolos changed hands.
