Specifically, Article 72 states:
Supply of covers in facilities, leisure and entertainment centres
The catering establishments referred to in Article (69) of this Agreement (restaurants, fast food outlets, bars, cafes, entertainment centers and other similar establishments) may not charge their customers a value related to “Coverage Charge” (eg crockery, cutlery, towels etc.). No product (such as bottled water, bread) is offered or charged without the prior consent of the consumer.
It is imposed on perpetrators An administrative fine of five hundred euros (500 euros) For all types.
