
Hellenic Railways has released an announcement about passenger tickets.
Passengers traveling on train 51 on the Thessaloniki – Athens route experienced incredible discomfort today Sunday.
The flight took off 82 minutes late, but the reason for the delay is unknown.
According to Hellenic Train’s announcement, passengers are entitled to compensation for route delays.
“Passengers of train 51 (Thessaloniki – Athens) which departed 82 minutes late today Sunday, 7/16 are entitled to delay compensation of 25% of their ticket price.
The compensation is paid at the physical ticket offices of Hellenic Railways, or directly to their card if it is an electronic ticket,” the company’s announcement said.
