The people of Thessaly have been in a lot of trouble since the bad weather started yesterday afternoon.
Roads in Pelion and Karditsa were flooded, while there were problems with power supply in Volos. The highlight of the evening is the snow on the Fthiotida mountains.
In the Magnesia area, the event hit southern Pelion with intensity during the night, flooding streets and alleys in Zagora, Milis, but without any serious problems.
In Karditsa, streets, pedestrian streets and squares were flooded, and in fact the percentage of rain reached almost 100 millimeters (specifically 97.6) until Friday night, based on the measurements of the meteorological station of the National Observatory of Athens.
In fact, the rain reached 312 mm/h for a few minutes and the police had to intervene to regulate traffic and stop vehicles from passing.
