“The Wendy Williams Show” is over… and it will become “Sherri.”
Wendy He’s been dealing with serious health problems for months. TV goers presenting the show said TMZ broke the story Sherry Shepherd The host became the permanent guest and they were keeping an eye on Wendy’s health, and if he didn’t improve, the change would become permanent.

As for Sherry, she has tried and true…appearing in “The View”, “Dish Nation” and of course, “Wendy”.
Sherry took us out Monday night in New York and wasn’t committed to the change, saying it’s still just a temperature.

Wendy was with Sherry as her temporary replacement, although she had hoped to return, but apparently, her health struggles did not improve.
It’s not clear if the show’s name will change immediately, but the official launch of the Sherri Show will be in September.
