A former CIA and FBI agent reveals his top security tips and why we should always book a room on the third floor of hotels.
Tracy Walder worked for the two aforementioned US agencies from 2000 to 2005, and as she says in: Mirror He learned a lot and important things about what we should do to be safer.
The trick is to “play” spy all day long
For example, the 44-year-old former agent never goes to a country if she is not accurately informed of her threats, and when she gets there she always activates an app that notifies those close to her of her whereabouts at all times.
Certainly in hotels we should stay in rooms on the third or even sixth floor, i.e. low enough to quickly reach dangerous exits and high enough to be as far away as possible from potential intruders on the ground floor.

In fact, she always locks the hotel room, while putting a stop behind the door, because when she answers her husband’s teasing about it, all the hotel staff have access to the key that opens the doors of all the rooms for cleaning. And not only.
Maintain the lead
She and her daughter are not allowed to move without pneumatic marks on their wrists, and Dor has no luck staying with her, because she cannot fathom that someone – even if she had no particular experience with the agency – would go to stay in the home of someone she knew absolutely nothing about.
The trick, as the British newspaper concluded, is to keep in mind that someone is always spying on you, so make sure you are always one step ahead of them, so you are always safe.
