Xbox Game Pass: Call of Duty is coming to service day after day

at recent days Microsoft Announcing the three new upcoming games Xbox Game Pass In the second half of July. These are Flintlock: Siege of Dawn, Dungeons of Hinterberg, and Konitsu-gami: Way of the Goddess. Despite being a three-day-one release, this new wave of games seemed rather weak compared to the number of titles the service usually adds.

But as everything seems to be going on, July will also have a pretty big addition. In particular, rumors are circulating online again that more Activision Blizzard games are getting ready to hit the service. In fact, leaker “eXtas1s,” who contributes to the eXputer medium and has a fairly good track record of leaking Microsoft’s plans, has revealed that On July 24, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 will arrive on the service. The game is also expected to be added. For both consoles and PC.

If the rumor turns out to be true, this would be Activision Blizzard’s second game after Diablo IV to hit the service. Of course, as we already know, the future of Call of Duty is somehow tied to Xbox Game Pass, as the Ultimate and PC Game Pass bundles are also coming this year with the upcoming Black Ops 6, following the changes Microsoft recently announced.

If you want to refresh your knowledge, as of July 10, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the highest level of the service, which works on both consoles and PC, with day one titles and much more, will cost €17.99 per month in Europe. That’s a pretty big increase, as this package now costs €14.99.

Meanwhile, the basic Xbox Game Pass (for console) bundle will be replaced by the new Xbox Game Pass Standard for $15, though we still don’t know much about it, as it will be available in the coming months. The price for Europe hasn’t been revealed, however, Microsoft mentions in the schedule that it has stipulated that this bundle won’t include day one releases (that will arrive later), but it will include dozens of games, online multiplayer, and various discounts.

We still don’t know exactly when Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be added to Xbox Game Pass, nor whether it will be the only Activision game coming to the service, as there have been recent rumors about a Crash trilogy remake.
